making french macarons

Ah, the french macaron. I can now say I have conquered the french macaron. After three trials and tons of research (tons), I've finally made a successful batch of these little treats!

In order to make these macarons you must have everything just right, and the most important thing-- the batter. It has to be the perfect consistency for the macarons to turn out with the hard crusted top, the feet, and the chewy soft center. It was overall a very fun experience and I am looking forward to making many other flavors!
